Minnesota politics is at an inflection point. Earlier this year the offices of three conservative organizations, including Center of the American Experiment, were firebombed by an arsonist or arsonists. Unfortunately, this is not an anomaly for the Left. They have become bolder in their violence and progressive agenda. How can conservatives move forward in this context? Come to hear from American Experiment’s Micah Olson as he discusses the state of politics here in Minnesota and outlines a vision for the conservative movement.

Federal and State governments grab most of our attention, yet the decisions made by our City Councils and School Boards often have a more immediate influence on our lives. Tonight we are excited to welcome three of our members who have courageously stepped into the council chambers to work on behalf of our interests and concerns, Maple Grove City Councilwomen Rachelle Johnson and Kristy Barnett and Osseo School Board Member, Tanya Prince. On July 27th, 1953, a very homogeneous Korea with the same exact culture, people, history, and language was divided into two countries following the Korean War. The countries took different paths, following different ideologies. Their stories are dramatic in the extreme and offer important and poignant lessons for Americans...and specifically Republicans as we work to educate people about the realities of Capitalism vs Socialism.
Distinguished guest, Jinny Choi will present a comparison of the Koreas between 1953 and now. She is an amazing example of personal strength and determination and is supremely qualified to speak on this subject. Born in Korea, she came to the US as an international high school student. Jinny graduated with a degree in Economics, has worked with various companies in finance and became a C-suite executive in the US, where she currently is the COO at Brooklands Capital Strategies and Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Pacific Bridge Asset Management in Seoul Korea.
